Lecturers of the Department of Foreign Languages and Linguodidactics are enhancing their qualifications by actively participating in the academic mobility program. This year, senior lecturer Nina Malovana and lecturer Natalia Rudenko became participants of the 24th Danube Summer School in Ulm, Germany (October 15 – October 20). The Danube School in Ulm was initiated by the European Danube Academy, which collaborates with the universities of Tübingen and Neu-Ulm in Germany, Ruse University, Bulgaria, Sumy State University in Ukraine, and the Center for Danube Region Studies. The project's theme for 2023 is "Language, Communication, and Identity in the Danube Region." Representatives from Germany, Romania, Bulgaria, Spain, Moldova, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, and Belgium took part in the School's activities.
On the final day of the Danube School, on October 20th, a presentation of the joint project of lecturers from SumDU will take place, “Linguistic Identity of the Young Generation in Ukraine.'"
